Hello and welcome to Four Foodies Get Fit. If you've read our profile, we are three sisters and our mom who enjoy getting together and eating but have realized we need to do this in moderation. Each of us has taken our own journey through unhealthy eating, losing weight, gaining it back, dieting, Weight Watchers and exercising.
We each decided recently that we needed to lose some weight and what better to do than join together and encourage each other through this process. We each have different goals in mind. Some need to lose just a few pounds while others are in need of losing much more. Some of us are sedentary and others are quite active. A few of us are in the midst of our journey while a few others are just beginning.
As you can see, we are all at different parts of this process. Hopefully you can relate to at least one of us if you are trying to lose weight/get healthy/be active.
We each will write a post throughout the week giving a tip, how our week went, a recipe, an article we found interesting, etc. On either Friday or Saturday we will each weigh in and post how we did for the week and what our goals are for the coming week.

Good luck girls! I will be on the journey with you too. Almost 42 years old 5'8" and 197 pounds YIKES! hard to see that in print
